1. Confirm Prodcut and Cup Size
Once the cup diameter is decided, the desired production output is then used to determine the number of cups per mold unit
2. Choose to suitable Filler
The main types are piston fillers and gravity fillers, as well as electronic scale filling. The choice is determined by the material being filled: liquids, semi-liquids, granules, powders, and so on
3. Sealing customization
The sealing also needs to be customized according to the cup size. Consider whether a tear notch is needed, whether scoring is required, etc.
